Koi's Choice Pond Ammonia Neutralizer is a concentrated product designed to treat up to 1 ppm ammonia, as read on an ammonia salicylate test kit (test kits based on Nessler's reagent will give a false positive reading), or 6 ppm of chlorine or 3 ppm chloramines in 20 gallons of water, per teaspoon. 1 teaspoon will treat 50 gallons at up to 1 ppm of chlorine or chloramines. If you are in doubt about ammonia levels present, it is a good idea to test prior to introducing animals to the water. Directions: Shake well before using. Add 5ml (1 tsp) per 20 gallons of pond water to remove up to1 ppm of ammonia, 6 ppm of chlorine, and 3 ppm of chloramine. Allow ten minutes before retesting. Made in the USA.

   Koi s Choice Pond Water Clarifier
Safe for freshwater fish and plants, this special formula contains a long chain polymer that is attracted to the dirt particles that cause water cloudiness. This attraction creates debris clumps that are easy to filter out or that will settle to the pond bottom. Does not contain phosphates, nitrates, or silicates to cause undesirable algae or slime growth. Directions: Shake well before using. First, adjust alkalinity to a minimum of 40 ppm (2 dKH or .75 meq/liter). Then, dilute 5 ml (1 tsp) per 50 gallons of pond water in a separate clean container and evenly disperse around the pond. Particles should begin to precipitate out of water within 6 to 8 hours. A properly working mechanical filter using a fine filtering medium will collect particles and can be easily discarded. Repeat in 24 hours if necessary. If the pond is extremely cloudy, double the dose but do not use more than two doses per week. To prevent cloudy water avoid overcrowding, do not overfeed fish, minimize direct sunlight and maintain sufficient filtration and water circulation. Made in the USA.
